Stool for July

“July is a wooden stool inspired by the intrinsic beauty of imperfection. Like a bundle of wooden logs, three individual ‘slices’ ‚Äî unequal in size, variegated in grain and color, and uneven surface angles ‚Äî unite to create a beautiful, singular form. Each stool enjoys its own sense of individuality. Together, in multiples, they create a sculptural seating display for gathering spaces.” – Nao Tamura

The July Stool-Table was designed by Nao Tamura as a part of Nikari’s Project 2012 Designs for Nature series.
